The application of this project has its origin on the one hand, the identification of training needs of the Centre and on the other, the conviction that these needs can be addressed in an excellent way in a European international context. The challenges that teachers face are common to all European countries, and learning and observation of good practice in other countries will surely contribute to improving both the perception of the difficulties and developing strategies to respond to them .The main challenges the project tries to answer are related to the characteristics of our center, with a considerable number of students from immigrant backgrounds and the development of a bilingual project beginning next year. Hence, among the objectives we emphasize the training in the strategies for inclusion of immigrant students and in CLIL methodology. Also updating the teachers is required in developing key competences, with special attention to the implementation of ICT and project based learning.In order to achieve greater impact and sustainability, since the beginning of the project planning the educational community has been reported through the bodies of the Centre leadership, and through the organs of teaching coordination, maintaining at all times criteria of maximum disclosure and transparency.As a result of this project, an improvement is expected in the teaching skills of the participants and all teachers of the Center staff and ultimately on academic results of the students, mainly in the second language acquisition, and their education in attitudes to encourage the inclusion of minorities and positive appreciation of cultural differences within the framework of shared values in the common European space.
