The project "ProSana" will analyze the lifestyle of participants and will teach participants to improve their critical thinking. Participants will anylize their lifestyle and will conclude their views on the issues that will be put into disscusion . Also, we will disseminate and explain theoretical knowledge on nutrition, exercise and lifestyle. Young people thus will improve their theoretical knowledge on these topics and will increase their knowledge base with general information about healthy lifestyles. This project is designed to solve the problem of how unhealthy lifestyles among the 40 young participants at the project, young people who want to change their lifestyle, physical appearance, young people motivated to confront inhibitions and become leaders . The activities envisaged under the project are designed to satisfy these needs and develop in participants a proactively life style ,interest in sport and a healthy food. Through this project we will provide young people with a precarious financial situation an opportunity to access information, to consult a specialist in the field and get a good lesson about healthy lifestyles. Through this project we will fight against inhibitions youngsters who have problems with weight, particularly young people who are overweight or hereditary willing to it. This project is an opportunity for participants to receive systematic and effective knowledge and learning in a non-formal best practices on the adoption of a healthy lifestyle.  The "ProSana" belongs to the type of activities to multilateral international youth exchange. This project will be held in Romania in Poiana Negri , between the dates of 21 to 31 March 2016, and the project will involve 40 young people and 6 leaders from 5 countries.  "ProSana" includes activities that have been carefully planned to achieve project objectives and contribute to the aims .In developing each activity into account the specific issues discussed and we made sure that each activity will meet desired expectations. Increased attention we gave to the efficiency, so that the activities have been tested and have assured us that they will contribute to active involvement of participants. Also, we have ensured that the activities, as well as the methods used to involve a certain diversity and maintain the interest of participants just because of that they also will be made not only by association home, but also by other associations involved in project. This project contains a number of activities which are based on non-formal education and informal youth-oriented personal development of participants and to instruct them in a healthy and lasting spirit by promoting further cooperation.  Our partners in this project are four experienced associations from 4 countries (Estonia, Spain, Lithuania, Croatia) which, in recent years, have participated in several international youth exchange projects and their volunteers are motivated and eager to learn.
