Promotion of the national lifelong learning and lifelong guidance strategy

Today, individual motivation for further learning in Slovakia is low. It is necessary to realize activities and projects which help to increase it. The main ambition of this project is to help fulfil priorities of new national Lifelong learning and lifelong guidance strategy which follows on strategic aims of European cooperation in education and training. New strategy will be approved by government in the autumn 2011, with efficiency from January 2012. To reach the strategic frame of ET 2020, it is necessary to create effective tools making the innovated national Lifelong learning and lifelong guidance strategy more known. This project gives opportunity to focus stakeholders´ attention on innovated national Lifelong learning and lifelong guidance strategy, especially on fullfilment of its aims and objectives. It´s necessary to propagate this new strategy and involve regional stakeholders into active implementation of it. Main output of this project will be the Communication strategy with considering local specifics, which sholud support stakeholders´ role in further education, concretely through regional workshops. The expected short term impact is raised awareness about innovated national Lifelong learning and lifelong guidance strategy by stakeholders and individuals. Not only about existence of new document, but also through concrete recommendations resulting from communication strategies on regional level.The expected long term impact is increasing of individual motivation for further learning - for become an active citizen in sense of lifelong learning.
