PROMOTING our REGIONS IN MODERN ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Our project P.R.I.M.E aims at promoting three regions from Romania,Turkey ,Poland from the point of view of job market,employability , entrepreneurship and visibility in the country.In Romania, our project promotes the south eastern zone , in Poland the city of Lodz, in Turkey -central Anatolian region. The main purposes of this strategic partnership are: the identification of opportunities;we are going to conduct researches in 3 zones in order to describe employment possibilities,underlining the advantages and setbacks for career development and entrepreneurship in these areas, to ensure that our areas are visible from jobs, tourism,cultural,education point of view. Additionally,our project will define some schools' and universities ' provisions to cater for this topic;how ready the schools and universities are for the job market. Furthermore we are advancing a concept for promotion which answers the identified need :we are planning to bring new ideas materialized in internship stages ,job shadowing for students ,to organise open days for schools,university, the directorates, to emphasise the potential of our areas contrasting critically the traditional jobs with modern ones, issuing two job description portfolios,to assure sustainability by tranferring the portfolios to other local businesses and also a part of an optional course in entrepreneurship-the practical part. The activities of the three regions will analyse,discuss,document entrepreneurial skills and answer questions related to promoting our regions. Based on these investigations the three partners will design models of good practices in the field of entrepreneurial learning integrated with experiential learning in the school curriculum of schools, universities by the means of school inpectorates and research centres. The subsequent methods and methodologies are to be used in implementation of the project: a.publicity, a classical method of product promotion. b.promoting, exterior promoting, materials. c.public relations, a strategy that aims at forming and consolidating a favourable image. d.other promotional activities:fairs, festivals,bradnames. Together, the three regions will elaborate a job description and a guide .The learning model will then be piloted in 2-3 schools for each area. To sum up,we expect that the unity of promoting our zones and highlighting our entrepreneurial possibilities will lead to a successful impact on educational work in our countries.This two year project will be the foundation for successful ongoing european collaboration ,starting with a job shadowing in K1 project mobility from the Turkish part in Romania, and continuing with the strategic one,will make our communities aware about European opportunities for young people.
