Start date: Jun 1, 2015,
End date: May 31, 2017
This consortium is composed of Interechanges, and different Léo Lagrange institutions, based on several regions: East-Central, West and North-Ile de France. For all, we are part of the same economic and social unit of the Federation Léo Lagrange. Since 2008, we have become an international association, with the entry into our boards of European and African administrators. So there is a real desire to internationalize our association and promote actions and projects developed in this area.
As part of the 3-E project "Europe, Employment, Engagement," our key audiences are young adults, 18 to 25 years, little or no education in the process of defining their professional project, but we also go to job seekers under 30 years. We work in partnership with local missions, employment centers, training centers, businesses, local authorities, associations of the social and solidarity economy. We have developed a wide experience in the preparation and organization of work placements for this type of public. Our network of partner organizations is constantly evolving and covers the majority of business sectors. It consists of companies, public institutions, training centers and organizations of the social economy. Our work aims to enable young trainees in vocational training courses to achieve consistent with their profile and professional project, while benefiting from educational support, enhanced cultural and linguistic. Research internship, monitoring and evaluation are also very important steps of our work.
The complementarity of our projects, our experiences and similarities of our actions motivated our desire of joining together the 3-E project, which aims to:
- Public Empowerment with fewer opportunities and integration difficulties, notably by professionalizing European mobility experience
- Learning the discovery of a promising field in an intercultural environment.
- Acquisition of skills and professional skills, development of key skills, interpersonal, organizational, transversal and transferable throughout life
To promote young people's commitment to the project and given the difficulties they may encounter individually, the consortium wishes to establish any procedure in the field of active teaching after popular education. The articulation of the various modules allow trainees find themselves in independent learning situation based on their own experiences and research about their experiences. The meeting with professionals, associations will create partitions of spaces and enrichment. Similarly, the duration of the mobility will vary, depending on the profile of participants:
Activity 1: Enterprise Internship 2 to 3 months to trainees in vocational training or graduates of less than one year. This long mobility will be worked as part of a training course that will enable them to develop and strengthen the skills previously acquired during the mobility (360 grants including 180 "JAMO").
Activity 2: Internships April-July weeks for the most fragile trainees for whom mobility is "remote" and asking for guidance and more tutoring.
