The demands at our school have changed by the change of the regional job market to the europeen job market. Our school has to and wants to prepare the pupils for the europeen job market. Therefore the intercultural competences and the project management competences of the teachers have to be improved.The intercultural skills and the interdisciplinary competences are the essential part of a school open to Europe. These competences should be taught by an intercultural training course. Important for us is that our coordinator attends to a course where she will work together with teachers of other europeen countries for having intercultural learning also during the seminar. At the same time our teacher will get the possibility to meet partners for our project and to plan together with them exchanges, E-Twinning or job-shadowing.Participating in this training course the intercultural competence should be implemented in our lessons and the project management competences of our participant will help to institutionalize europeen projects.The experience will cause more motivation for intercultural learning and intercultural cooperation and this experience will organize more effectivly the work in europeen projects.The training course will enable our participant to fill our teachers with enthusiasm for europeen projects and to use projects as a method to increase the intercultural, social and linguistic competences of our pupils. Through the increase of the competences our pupils will be prepared for the request of the europeen and international job market in the future.
