Athens International Airport wishes to send to Munich International Airport 10 employees for a one-week training. Our employees need the specialized know-how that another that another International Airport so advanced and developed as MUC. Our colleagues in Munich have the know-how and experience to offer to the participants new ideas and practices not available in our airport. Upon completion of the visit, the trainees carry valuable experience, new ideas and practices back to their teams, supporting this way the continuous improvement of our services and systems, having as an immediate impact the improvement of our Airport's Customer Service.
