Professionalisierung von Lehrkräften im Zweiten Bildungsweg
Start date: Jun 1, 2015, End date: May 31, 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

It is the aim of our project to improve our ability to deal with our students' diversity and thus reduce the drop-out rate at our school. In order to achieve that, we would like to leverage the Erasmus+ Program to send 12 teachers in total to different training courses on Moodle as well as to participate in a job-shadowing program in Austria or at a European wide discussion event (summer academy 2015) in Linz. The Moodle trainings have an administrative and didactic focus, which will help us to keep and improve our blended-learning structures. The job-shadowing training as well as the summer academy 2015 will help us to evaluate and improve our current modell in regards to our students' diversity. Several teachers - some in key functions, some not - will be participating in the project execution. Our final goal is to get several approaches, which we can integrate in our school's structure. The final evaluation of the process will be done by the participating teachers, selected administrative functions, the principal as well as the students. Our longterm aim is to change the school's culture and development in a way that brings it closer to the needs and expectations of our students.
