In the project taking 32 students The Non-public Vocational Technical School in Nowe Miasto nad Pilicą Zakładu Doskonalenia Zawodowego in Kielce. Learning in occupation logistic technican, who were send on three week practice occupation into United Kingdom – Portsmouth. Realisation practice provided in two term: The first group from 16th November 2014 to 6th December 2014 – 16 students + 2 teachers The second group from 1st March 2015 to 21st march 2015 – 16 students + 2 teachers Competitions in trip will be held occupation practice in Portsmouth. Teenagers learning in our school are coming from rural territories. That is way, they have not so good access to education. The most of them come from poor and broken families, which do not pay attention to education. Therefore, our students need strong motivation for learning. Taking part in a foreign training will help them improve their qualifications and skills, widen intellectual horizons and make equal their chances for finding a job/working place. The training programmes and time of its lasting was made due to Polish Core Curriculum with excluding main purposes and requirements of profession, their preference and specificity of its members and also requirements and expectations of employees from the local and European work trade. The first aim of this projects is to improve professional competences in accordance with the requirements of EU. The logistic technician should have knowledge, skills and experience, which gives him/her be competitive on the local and European work trade. Gaining knowledge and experience will motivate students to improve their qualifications interests in their own development. That is way students will understand how important is value and education and that people learn for whole their life by widen their experience, competences and qualifications. In globalizing world a young graduate person must find himself/herself in constantly changing work trade. Additionally, more and more important is shaping a posture of professional mobility and knowing of the work system of logistic companies in Europe. It makes it easier of members os such project to work in a specific job. Students will better get to know the functioning system of companies in Great Britain, rules and requirements rulling in the partner country. They will learn better about British system of work, different strategy solutions which are used in companies. This thing in the future will contribute to use innovative ideas in development of native countries. The second but also important aim of this project is improving skills of oral and written communication in English language when development of international cooperation is being concerned. Our students will learn all the professional terminology with using English language. The participation in the project will enable students to check English competences and break off linguistic barriers. It will also enable to shape the poster of openness, communication, both cooperation and responsibility for made decisions. The communication in some foreign language requires the understanding of cultural differences, needs and interests of people bringing up in country with different cultural traditions.
