The project’s objectives have been achieved – we have increased the quality of educational and training work of the KIKO Business Solutions through the achievement of specific objectives: increase of the knowledge, skills of the staff in the subject of team coaching, achieving growth of knowledge and skills in the field of advanced interpersonal communication using meta programs (strengthening communication skills and motivation through the ability to define styles of thinking and functioning) and the creation and development of contacts with European partners - institutions recognized and certified as leaders in the field of adults education. Qualifications gained allow our coaches and to provide education and training at the European level, working with the social economy and businesses as well as raising awareness on the use of the above educational tools among trainers and coaches. In the project 4 experienced trainers and coaches KIKO Business Solutions participated in an international certified training course on team coaching and 4 experienced trainers and coaches took part in an international certified advanced training in the field of interpersonal communication with the use of meta-programs. Participants were trained by Synolic Ltd of Greece, which is an experienced organization operating since 1994 in adult education, coaching, human resources management, HR domestically and internationally. It is the European market leader in the field of adult education with the World's leading certification. Synolic were among the first in Europe to introduce the methodology Synolic and were the subject of certification of Advanced Neuro Dynamics (Accelerated Human Change Technologies). Their clients are leading international companies and organizations. Under the project, each participant after carrying out mobility and gaining certification, then conducted dissemination workshops, in total up to the date of submission of the final report were organized 14 workshops, workshops were attended by over 181 people from the target groups of the project. Dissemination workshops were conducted for each participant mobility and aimed at target groups in order to share knowledge, results of projects, dissemination of results and ensure sustainability of the project. Achieving the above goals of the project has led to influence the institution, at local, regional, national and international levels. Participants taking part in mobilities improved their qualifications. Thanks to increased qualifications of company’s employees, they can provide educational services and coaching at the highest European level. While carrying out dissemination workshops they had shared knowledge gained with target groups, of which many represented social economy entities. Many of these organizations learned for the first time about a tool that is team coaching, which they could use in their work, to the benefit of their teams. As a result, these organizations will be able to more effectively thanks to the available tools to build a team, manage organizations, more stable develop their human resources, resolve conflicts, to carry out effective recruitment. Stronger, better-managed organizations have positive impact on the development of the region. At the national level popularization of expert educational methods among trainers and coaches resulted in increased interest in education and skills, including in the area of international cooperation. The project at the European level has contributed to establishement of the relationship between the expert institutions in the area of adult education, exchange of experience, knowledge, common learning from each other, as well as opportunities for further, broader cooperation. At the international level, it was important to increase the competence and competitiveness of experts from Europe, the strengthening of links between the European institutions, as well as to popularize the international recognition of certificates of competence.
