The aims of the project:- improving the quality of the school work and teaching thanks to updating teachers' skills and teaching methods- increasing the level of students' motivation- getting to know the ways of improving childrens' social skills as well as their behaviour- to learn more about the culture of different countries and to introduce the multicultural education- to motivate parents to better cooperation with teachers- to develop skills and competences connected with ICTIn the project there are involved seven teachers: the head teacher, the manager of the after school club, teachers of the English language, teacher of the young learners who teaches children aged 6-9 and ICT as well, and teacher of the Polsih language who teaches also history and has got qualifications to work with children with special needs.During the realization of the project there will be 12 foreign mobilities during which the participants will take part in substantive and methodological courses connected with: management and improving the quality of the school work, methodology of teaching English and German language as well as the culture of those countires, improving competences in those languages, motivation to learn, using ICT and multimedia in teaching, raising students' self-esteem, eliminating the process of quitting school by students, preventing form teachers' burn-out, dealing with conflicts in the classroom. The participants will also observe the ways in wchich the schools function as well as they will observe the lessons and exchange their experiences with teachers from different countries.All those actions will bring a lot of benefits both to the participants and to our school thanks to taking those actions into account when creating school plans and school programmes, thanks to active and conscious sharing of knowlegde and experiences with other teachers as well as using the methotds and solutions acquired during the courses. The actions will have an impact epecially on:- raising the methodological competences of the English and German language teachers. It will improve the students' competences when it comes to those languages- improvement and modernization of the process of teaching and upbringing. It will have an impact on the students social skills, improvement of the process of teaching and raising the level of students' self-esteem- learning more about the culture of different countries. It will increase the openness and tolerance of our students towards different cultures- getting to know different methods of conducting a research connected with quality of school work and the ways of raising it- increasing the level of using the ICT and social media in teaching- increasing the students engagement during classes and the level of their motivation- improving the cooperation between teaching staff and better communication with students and their parentsThanks to the dissemination the influence of the project will be bigger. Teachers from other schools can take an advantage of our experience and our help during the reaization of their projects.
