The aim of the project: to develop teachers' skills to organize pedagogical process and activate personal responsibility for students own career.Still both school and society haven't felt stability. On the one hand-the evolving science and technology, introduces innovation in different areas, but in other side - negative tendencies - unemployment, lack of business and at the same time - lack of educated, skilled workers. It is a theme to which attention should be paid to early school age - we cannot expect a host of thinking and skills will occur in a single moment, sometime after graduation. To motivate students to be responsible for their learning achievements and future career, also a teacher must be a professional, creative and motivated. It is therefore necessary to raise the teachers' motivation and satisfaction in their daily work, to raise the competence of teachers to use innovative methods of teaching, to make it more creative, more active, inspiring, also based in scientific methodology.Needs of school development plan, the European development plan and every teaching commission for more effective learning organization was taken into account when designing the project application. Each teaching commission will nominate teachers for participation in learning mobility. Directly involved in the project - 16 educators-Director, student self-government work Coordinator, as well as 2-4 teachers from school each teaching commission who will provide experience to other schools teaching staff, as well as the effective dissemination of the results to the other school teachers.Planned mobility:-7 days course "Early school leaving ' in Slovenia-to reduce the risk of early school leaving, and to support students how to organize the work and responsibilities of the student support team to create a systemic approach to working with children, to develop cooperation with parents and local authorities.-7 days course in Ireland "Group Dinamics and Social Skills in the Cassroom"-how to improve relations and cooperation in the class and teacher collective.-6 days course in Belgium will provide a greater understanding of informal learning principles, techniques and tools, will help check, how to non-formal education transform formal education context, to increase students' motivation, participation and develop business skills.-6 days course in Greece "GoLab..." will help effectively implement scientific methodology in daily teaching practice, mastering the skills of working with virtual laboratories, create virtual learning materials.-7 days course in Italy "B-kids. Business is fun! "will give an insight into a career in education and entrepreneurial skills in teaching, give ideas how to stimulate creativity and critical thinking at a young age, allowing students to discover the local economy and business opportunities.-5 day course in Portugal "Entrepreneurship for life" will reveal the methods for promoting entrepreneurship in schools, civil society involvement, and school facilities for the competition and develop projects, thus encouraging young people to associate with his career in business.-12 day course in Italy "Behaviour and Conflicts, New Methodolog, Motivation and Cooperation strategies" will provide new knowledge about motivation pupils and teachers, personal responsibility for the results of their work , knowledge about the various types of conflict and how to use them as an opportunity for growth, skills to promote stronger relationships and a more positive climate in school.Erasmus + mobility will gain experience of other countries, teachers will share experience with the nearest school teachers, as well as develop a booklet with courses good practice examples how to activate student's learning process and personal responsibility for his career.In the long term:Longer term benefits:Personnel involved in the project, the teachers of Rugaji County Secondary school and other schools will increase competencies about methods for students' learning process activation and personal responsibility for own career.Students become more active, motivated, feel a personal responsibility for their academic achievements and future career.Local society got more professional, creative, motivated and modern teachers and more responsible students.
