The project will be implemented by PGLV " Alexander Stambolijski " - Pleven - as initiator and Training Vision - Portsmouth, UK - as receiving partner within 12 months - July 2014 - July 2015, and the practice will be a period of 3 weeks ( 17.03 to 06.04 , 2015) in the region of Hampshire and Isle of Wight, UK . Integrated farming based on principles aimed at protecting the environment and the soil as a major factor of production in agriculture. These principles require making informed decisions and implement specific production technologies. This can be achieved by competent professionals possess the necessary knowledge and skills to implement them . The specific objectives of the proposal are : - The acquisition of new knowledge for integrated farming by implementing specific practical training of participants; - Formation of professional competencies of the participants make the right choices , management and implementation of technological processes in agricultural production; - Modeled on an innovative technology experience from English grape growers applying the principles of integrated farming ; - Encouraging the personal development inter cultural competencies of participants . Project participants (20 students) are taught in our school in specialties related to organic farming ( plant protection - selecting appropriate pesticides ; vine and wine growers - to select the suitable technology for organic production of grapes and wine agroecology - implementing environmentally friendly methods). Conducting the practice in the country with experience in integrated farming will enrich their competencies . Needs of the participants to upgrade their knowledge of integrated farming as the main approach to protect the environment (objectives, technology, performance, economic and environmental importance ) and skills for practical application in different soil and climatic conditions determined the project theme and focus of communication between the sending partner ( PGLV ) and the receptive partner (Training Vision). Planned activities are related to the selection and training of users conducting mobility certification of acquired competences and dissemination of results. It involves the organization of activities , formulation of indicators for monitoring the quality of their implementation , monitoring during their implementation and multiplication results to sustainability. At the individual level (level users) expected results are: - Increased skills to apply modern approaches in agriculture - users can select , analyze and apply appropriate methods and approaches tailored to the specific environment; - Acquire new competencies for integrated farming - users specify and know how to apply the principles of integrated farming - a cost effective , environmentally sound production; Advanced communication skills ( English) and personal skills ( teamwork, adapting to a new work environment ) At the institutional level (level partner institutions ) they expressed in enriching the experience of initiating and receiving institutions to work on mobile projects practice students - choosing the right approach to selection and training of users , development of adequate work program monitoring, evaluation and recognition of competences acquired by the users The expected long-term benefits are: - Increased interest by employers to users received training and practice in the project. - Application of professional competence for integrated farming in the future work of the users in their implementation of the labor market; - Validation of both partner institutions as reliable partners of other organizations in future projects
