Quality assurance systems in vocational education and training has become a priority in recent years. This is a quality oriented organization management method, based on the participation of all its members, in order to meet the long-term success of the client and their benefits for members and the public. In this situation, managerial quality management plays a key role in defining the executives, the policy and strategy, performance management, staffing, management and allocation of resources and the formation of the recognition, promotion system. But in today's situation, when needs change daily, vocational schools are faced with the Quality Assurance problem. For the installed internal quality, the three western Lithuanian educational institutions have formed a consortium for one purpose - to implement the project, which is based on - foreign experience monitoring, a new experience in the acquisition of appropriate internal quality of their support organizations. This project aims to improve vocational training to labor market needs. Project goal - to improve the management personnel of managerial competencies in the development and implementation of internal quality assurance mechanisms and quality management systems for vocational training. Only in 2013, vocational training institutions have been put in place Quality Assurance system, so this lack of experience in the area of development for Lithuania partners. Participants in the project, starting to develop their own quality assurance models, want to gain experience of the EU vocational training institutions, has implemented the quality of vocational training systems. Participants in the project - sending their staff , implementing internal quality assurance system, which participated in the training project and seek to improve the internal quality assurance system and their business, personal competencies. In order to ensure equal opportunities, all of the participating organizations sending employees will be informed about the project and rights to participate in the selection of participants in the project publishing the information on the websites, bulletin board. Each of the sending organization will select four participants , 2 members in each host country. Sending organizations, participants will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the host organization's activities. Organisational culture, internal quality assurance systems and working practices . Participants experience a foreign partner organizations will enable more qualitative performance of the internal operations of the organization. Part of final event, the participants hear reports, recommendations will be discussed in the project need, effectiveness , efficiency of the whole community in every organization. It is hoped that the lessons learned - will be the result of continuous and bring new ideas to the needs and perspectives in subsequent design basis.
