Erasmus + projects are the best opportunity for teachers in EU for improving their knowledge, the best way to protect themselves from burning out, to regain faith in education. Thanks to this grant they are able to be together with other teachers, to share the same problems they are facing every day in their schools. Furthermore, they are not only sharing but trying to find solutions to these problems, listening to each other, taking part in all kinds of courses. Creative methodology for classrooms, Dealing with difficult learners, How to motivate your students, Drama techniques for creative language speaking, just a few title of these Erasmus + courses which underline the importance of lifelong learning. As a result of attending these courses the participants will be more creative professionals who will be able to design lessons and materials that are motivating, challenging and effective, will be better able to manage "difficult learners" with more competence, will explore effective professional communication and English language skills. Taking into account all these values of Erasmus+ courses we are happy to apply for grants and suggest our colleagues to take part in more and more projects because this is the best way to improve professionally and personally as well. We are ready to disseminate our experiences at several forums, in both digital and printed forms, keeping discourses, speaking at meetings with teachers from other schools, creating groups on facebook, getting to know on eTwinning and blogging. This could be a great possibility to get closer to younger generation, too. Three members of the teaching staff is taking part this year in Erasmus + project (all with different subjects to teach) but we would like to double the number next year and make it more and more achievable and desirable for everyone by helping them, by communicating, sharing every single experience. We all live in this big country called Europe, why not colour it together, making a better place to live by learning as much as possible, and giving away all that we could learn? Well educated teacher, good professionals can grow a happier generation for the future, and this should be every teachers' dream.
