The project “European practical training for a facile absorption into the labor market” addresses to a number of 30 students in the 11th form, technical profile with the professional qualification as Automatization technician-15 students and Technical operators-15 students, lever 3, from Technological High School “Axiopolis” Cernavoda. The project intends to ensure an increase of quality and access to professional and technical education and to adjust the necessities of the labor market. So it is developed as a kind of solution in response for the following students developing needs : -the stress on practical part of professional development through accomplishing practical training stages in companies which are accustomed to nowadays technological evolution; -accommodation to endowment and requirements of a modern job; -improvement of participants educational level; -getting in touch with professionals having a high level of qualification; -attractive practical training in developing the necessary skills for getting and maintaining a job; -acquiring skills and qualities which allow the graduates to find a job or to continue the studies; -experience in applying consciously the knowledge acquired ; -developing the intercommunication skills, teamwork, learning and speaking a foreign language ; -obtaining certifications recognized at European level which facilitate the access to the labor market and increase the mobility. The partnership has as beneficiary the Technological High School “Axiopolis” Cernavoda, host organizations P.Kousios Electrical Ltd from Paphos and Barceltehnica din Barcelos and intermediary organizations Organization for promotion of European issues Paphos-Cyprus and Amigos de Mobilidade din Barcelos, Portugal.The placement will be run in 2 stages, March 2016 in Cyprus and April 2016 in Portugal. The objectives of the project are : - instruction and development of specialized technical skills according to the standards of professional training proper to qualification level ,assessed in a different educational system ,accepted and included into qualification through ECVET. - Improving of some key competences: communication into a modern language, interpersonal relationship management, critical thinking and problem solving as learners to be prepared for life. - Facilitate the students accommodation with different social ,cultural and professional environments by forming a large culture as a result of direct contact with other societies and civilizations in Europe - Foundation of strong partnership between Technological High School “Axiopolis” and intermediary institutions ,economical agents from Cyprus and Portugal in order to help youngsters development in professional career. Expected results: For participants (students implied in the project): 1. Acquiring high level professional competences, regarding to practical training stages 2. Improving key competences: communication in a foreign language, intercultural, digital, business, civic, interpersonal, social competences 3. Acquiring Europass Mobility Certificate (which facilitates participants mobility and increases employment opportunities) 4. Self confidence increasing, more courage, better vision related to job opportunities offered by E.U. For the beneficiary institution: 1. Using ECVET to ensure qualification transparency in order to recognize and transfer acquired learning competences. 2. Dissemination overall project exposure on CD, images captured during the mobility project, participants and external partner impressions 3. Press articles, 100 brochures, Power Point presentations, symposium paperwork “Quality, Innovation and Efficiency in Education”. 4. Realizing a training compendium for “Components and Electronic Circuit Laboratory” course, using information acquired during the mobility project 5. Increasing projects management developed with national and external partnership For partners: 1. Understanding (accomplishing) details related to Romanian Educational System 2. Changing misconceptions about Romanian people 3. Opportunities for new partnerships
