A1 Pupils: This project wants to continue in a row of successful fellowships in the frame of the Leonardo da Vinci program. We want to use previously gained contacts and to strength cooperation with foreign partners. A fellowship program comes out of sending organization`s needs. This project is assigned for students of gastronomic field, who have special educational needs (hereinafter SEN) , a behavioral disturbance, a mental handicap or they come from socially disadvantaged environment and also for students who had to transfer to our school from another one during a school year. It is very important to motivate such students and get their interest in newly chosen field of study. A studying at our school is often their only alternative how to successfully finish the studies and achieve vocational certificate. Students often come from a socially week families who receive social benefits and face financial problems. Thanks to international fellowships these students are motivated to further education which leads to a better position on the work market. A current society does not want to eliminate people with SEN but to integrate them. A participation of such students in the international fellowships is unique occasion how to join them to a practice in different cultural and professional environment. Main goals of this project are employment support for graduates, the motivation of students with SEN for further education, a support of their cultural and general overview and communicational skills and increase of their interest to learn foreign language because it is not compulsory in vocational schools. A practical education will take place in the Italian vocational school IAL E.R. that deals with students with SEN. The pupils will be divided into groups and will do practical training under a supervision of foreign lectors and accompanying persons mainly in labs, training kitchens, bakeries and confectionaries. The second part will take place in the Hotel Raffaello. It is detached work place of the Italian school. The pupils will actively participate in a hotel operation and they will gain practical experiences in the field of regional gastronomy. Next aim of the project is an enlargement of bilingual professional vocabulary and workbook of Italian food with new recipes and technological processes that was created during previous projects. This tool became essential and very popular during theoretical and also practical training in our school as well as photo documentation of meals, Mediterranean ingredients and specials. The project is planed as two week fellowship for 30 pupils from the second and the third grades and from these fields of study: Food processing works, Food production, and Food and accommodation service. The fellowship will take place between March 2015 and June 2015. Because pupils have specific disturbances and they are not of age school will send 3 accompanying persons with them. All participants will gain the Europass and a fellowship certificate. A2: Teachers: This project wants to continue in a row of successful fellowships in the frame of the Leonardo da Vinci program. A fellowship program comes out of our school`s needs. The aims of the fellowship are an exchange of experiences, a professional development of the teachers of gastronomic subjects, who teach pupils with SEN. Next goal is support of lifelong professional education of teachers who are involved in vocational education and practice. Teachers will establish an international collaboration and they will communicate in a foreign language. The mobility enables teachers of pupils with SEN to gain new professional experiences, to improve their knowledge and communication skills in a foreign language and to strengthen social competencies, their personal and professional development. The main goal of the mobility will be learning what the educational process in Italian school is and what the evaluation system of the student with SEN is. Another goal is mutual inspiration in organization and progress of final exams in Italian school IAL E.R. We want to process gained information and to try using them when updating our School educational program. We use unified assignment of the final exams just in case of the writing final exam. During the fellowship we want to find out what model of the final exam our Italian colleagues use, to gain information about the process of the final exam and to get to know a type and an assignment of the final exam and evaluation criteria of results. The aim will be comparison of requirements on students with SEN during their gaining of certificate of graduation in our country and abroad. The mobility will take place in the vocational school IAI E.R. and in the hotel Raffaello, where pupils perform part of their practical education.The project is planed as for eight dais fellowship for 22 teachers of gastronomic field. Teachers will obtain Europass about the mobility and fellowship certificate.
