A1: The project continued in previous successful fellowship under LdV, E+ program. We used previously gained contacts and to strength cooperation with foreign partners. This project was assigned for students of gastronomic field, who have special educational needs (hereinafter SEN), a behavioral disturbance, a mental handicap or they come from socially disadvantaged environment and also for students who had to transfer to our school from another one during a school year. It is very important to motivate such students and get their interest in newly chosen field of study. A studying at our school is often their only alternative how to successfully finish the studies and achieve vocational certificate. Students often come from a socially week families who receive social benefits and face financial problems. Thanks to international fellowships these students are motivated to further education which leads to a better position on the work market. A current society does not want to eliminate people with SEN but to integrate them. A participation of such students in the international fellowships was unique occasion how to join them to a practice in different cultural and professional environment. Main goals of this project were employment support for graduates, a support of their cultural and general overview and communicational skills and increase of their interest to learn foreign language because it is not compulsory in vocational schools. Least but not last to make studying at our school more attractive. A practical education took place in the Italian vocational school IAL Cesenatico E.R. that deals with students with SEN. The pupils were divided into groups and did practical training under supervision of foreign lectors and accompanying people mainly in labs, training kitchens, bakeries and confectionaries as well as in the Hotel Raffaello that is contractual partner of the Italian school. The pupils actively participated in a hotel operation; they gained practical experiences in the field of regional gastronomy and they worked with modern machines. The aim of the project was an enlargement of bilingual professional vocabulary and workbook of Italian food with new recipes and technological processes. This tool became essential and very popular during theoretical and also practical training in our school as well as photo documentation of meals, Mediterranean ingredients and specials. The mobility took place in May 2016 as two week fellowship for 21 pupils from these fields of study: Food processing works, Food production. Because pupils have specific disturbances and they were not of age, school sent 3 accompanying persons with them. All participants gained the Europass Mobility and the Fellowship certificate. A2: The Project resulted from cooperation with the Italian partners in the frame of LdV and Erasmus+. A fellowship program came out of our school`s needs. The mobility took place in the vocational school IAL Cesenatico E.R. and in the hotel Raffaello, where pupils performed part of their practical education. The mobility took place in May 2016 as 8 days fellowship for 10 teachers of vocational subjects and leading teachers. The aims of the fellowship were an exchange of experiences, a professional development of the teachers of gastronomic subjects, who teach pupils with SEN. Next goal was support of lifelong professional education of teachers who are involved in vocational education and practice. Teachers established an international collaboration and they communicated in a foreign language. The mobility enabled teachers of pupils with SEN to gain new professional experiences, to improve their knowledge and communication skills in a foreign language and to strengthen social competencies, their personal and professional development. The main goals of the mobility were to learn what the educational process in Italian school is and what the evaluation system of the student with SEN is. Main goal was also exchange of experiences, find out what is the level of practical education and under what conditions it takes place on contractual work places. What are obligations of instructors? All information will be used while organizing education and School Educational Program at our school so our absolvent could find his place at the European work market and his motivation to next education or requalification could rise. During the fellowship found out information about a process and a type of the final exam in abroad, about an assignment type of the final exam and evaluation criteria of results. The aim was comparison of requirements on students with SEN during their gaining of certificate of graduation in our country and abroad. Leading teachers gained piece of knowledge how to improve cooperation with external workplaces. Teachers obtained Europass about the mobility and Fellowship certificate.
