The project " Technical college students' apprenticeship abroad – a chance of success” is aimed at the students of the Secondary Economic School in Słupsk, studying in third grades in the field of economy and trade. The project will enable the students to undergo a mandatory training period in the dimension of three weeks, which results from the curriculum. The students whose command of English and German is on advanced level will be directed to British and German companies respectively. The apprenticeship is going to have an innovative character as the students will have the opportunity not only to practice and be exposed to the foreign language of trade but also familiarize with other, more modern working technologies and new developments in contemporary British companies. The places of the training periods were carefully selected according to the students' needs. The students are going to work as trainees in groups of two to several people. 30 students, who are going to take part in the project, will be admitted on the basis of the conditions detailed in the plan of recruitment, which was described in the appropriate table. The schedule included in the project was developed jointly with local employers and the organization Tellus Group of Plymouth and Berlink ETN GmbH in Berlin.
