The project is an answer to the needs of school, administrative district and the state. The participants of the project, the date of which is foreseen for 3-30.04.2016, will be 18 students of Mechanical Technical School(8 people), Trade Technical School (5 people) and Hairdressing Technical School (5 people) of Complex of Vocational Schools in Sędziszów Młp. The diagnosis of educational needs of Complex of Technical Vocational Schools students showed that students because of their parents’ low incomes have their work training near their place of living ( at the area of ropczycko-sedziszowski administrative district) in places not adapted enough to the curriculum requirements. The internship program has been prepared with use of up to the present experience in realization of LdV projects and Erasmus+ projects, and also in cooperation with the local entrepreneurs engaged in project creation. The project came into existence in reply to the need of possessing by the school graduates such experience and knowledge which will make it possible to successfully start adult professional life. The project is in accordance with the development strategy of the region and has been given a positive opinion by the employers. The aim of the internship is to support internship students in raising professional qualifications, learning vocational language as well as getting familiar with culture, tradition, methods of work organization of the host country. The result of the internship will be raising professional qualification and getting experience required for work at the level bringing satisfaction for the project participants and enabling them to find a job that would suit their ambitions and abilities, developing the cooperation between school and German partner and Polish internships givers. The realization of the project is to help in formation of fully independent, self-confident graduate, communicative, open-minded, competitive at the job market and ready to perform work duties professionally. The participation in international program will improve low self-esteem of participants ( among whom there will be students from the families who should be socially enabled, resulting from inhabiting the east region of Poland, acknowledged as not attractive and not developmental. Educational and vocational chances will be equalized in comparison to people of the same age inhabiting other regions of Poland. The improvement of communicative abilities will happen as well as ability to work in a group and meeting different people, also foreigners. The participation in the project will considerably increase the school prestige and it will also allow it to get new experiences in vocational training and organization of work training. The project additional value will be confirmation of acquired abilities with the accepted and acknowledged everywhere in the EU document Europass Mobility, as well as breaking through barrier in using vocational foreign language. The Vitalis company – as a host organization, has been chosen by us because they have enormous experience in this kind of undertaking, organize work training in accordance with educational specializations in our school and Vitalis has the possibility to find appropriate companies for students having their work experience. This guarantees suitable realization of the internship program resulting from the curriculum in the profession of electrician technician and IT technician. After the training completion acquired knowledge and abilities will be disseminated among school students from the area of the district, local authorities and institutions at both partners. Acquired certificates and Europass Mobility document will give a greater chance for the project participants to find satisfactory work not only in Poland but also at the European job market. Institutions taking part in the project will enrich themselves with new knowledge and experience and that will have a consequence for new projects in the future.
