The project of professional training in Italy (Rimini) called Electronic-teleinformatic practice as a way of developing professional skills was planned for a group of 20 students of Zespół Szkół nr 4 im. Janusz Groszkowski in Tychy in two mobilities: in May for o school year 2014/2015 and in November for o school year 2015/2016. The project will be completed in cooperation with an agent company Sistema Turismo. This is an institution which has experience in conducting numerous projects and has been organizing foreign practice in Italy for years. Sistema Turismo will find proper training places for 6 IT, 6 electronics and 8 teleinformatics technicians where they will complete tasks according to their curriculum. The companies have extensive teaching experience, technical facilities and staff. IT specialists during the practice will prepare to work computers with peripherals, diagnose and repair them, design and administer computer networks as well as websites and databases. Teleinformatics technicians will run and maintain subscriber terminals and connections, design local area networks and administer them, and install and operate an extensive network. Electronics technicians will learn to test the units and repair electronic equipment, use the catalogs of electronic components, read the technical documentation, design and carry out aerial installations for terrestrial, satellite and cable TV, carry out networks and program microprocessors. The agent company will also provide project participants accommodation, meals, monthly tickets for local transport, make monitoring and evaluation of the project. The main objectives of the project are: practicing IT and electronics competences, education in the field of entrepreneurship and learning foreign languages. With practice, students will be able to compare working conditions in Poland and Italy. The observation of modern IT and electronics solutions can contribute to the modernization of indigenous companies, but also be a motive for setting up your own business. The participants will learn resourcefulness, entrepreneurship and the ability to make crucial decisions in market. They will improve their language skills, also in professional language. They will be able to overcome language and socio-cultural barriers, which will allow flexibility in making contacts and exchange of experiences, and these will result in a better and more efficient functioning in the labor market. Students will learn the customs and culture of Italy, will learn the Italian language on communicative level, which can be an advantage in the search for employment in companies cooperating with Italy. Thanks to the opportunity of getting to know modern techniques, equipment and work organization the students participating in the project will become valuable employees. They will contact with technical innovations, will learn modern equipment, technology and work organization. The gained experience will move on Polish market. Thanks to applied in the project the system of accumulation and transfer of achievements, they will be able to develop professionally by the easier acquisition of skills, promoting the principle of learning in their lives. The project will be monitored by the Director of ZS 4 and a coordinator. At each stage of the project the evaluation will be made to ensure its highest quality. After each mobility there will be carried out activities aimed at disseminating the results of the project. After the completion of the practice the participants will receive a certificate of Europass Mobility.
