Change processes are very important at the HLMW9. Thats why our teachers take part at the program "Praxis an österreichischen Auslandsschulen". A very important target is to improve technical competences as well as practices and strategies at an european level. A major goal is to enhance the quality of the applied pedagogical concepts. Due to the program, the participant is going to deepen the knowledge of social, linguistic and cultural diversity. He will be more aware of the needs of the pupils. The participant is an expert in teaching languages, especially for german as a foreign language. The "Österreichische Schule in Prag" will offer a wide program for the participant: further training, taking part in classes of teachers, teaching by themselves, discussions about experiences, jobshadowing, visiting other schools. The results are going to presented at HLMW9. The benefit for the future will be more minspiration and ideas to implement change processes at HLMW9.
