The Project "Practice for working with customers and citizens" is subordinate to the strategic direction of the Vocational School "Prof. Dr. Zlatarov" - Vidin. Its main objective is to achieve quality education. For this purpose we need motivated students, capable and ambitious teachers, quality and modern teaching methods and approaches. With this project we have the following specific objectives: - To support students studying tourism and economy in acquiring new professional competencies in working with customers and citizens to improve their personal development and employability of the European labor market; - To improve foreign language competence of the participants; - To increase understanding and awareness of participants about other countries and cultures, giving them the opportunity to participate actively in society and to develop a sense of European citizenship and identity; - To increase the capacity, attractiveness and international dimension of the organizations partners of vocational education to enable them to offer programs which meet better the needs of people in Europe; Within 24 months of the project will involve 30 students from the Vocational School "Prof. Dr. Zlatarov". Students beneficiaries have to train for professions in tourism, hospitality or economics and be at least 16 years of age at the beginning of mobility. They will conduct three weeks of practice of real workplace divided into two groups. Our partners are Systema Turizmo - Rimini, Italy and Training Vision - Portsmouth, England. The theme of the practice is business communication and professional ethics. We formulated three learning outcomes for modules "Business Communications", "Professional Ethics and tourist behaviors" and "Foreign Language in the profession." LO 1. Planned his work and team activities; LO 2. Communicate with the customers and meets their requirements; LO 3. Know and use regulations on labor legislation. For the implementation of activities will be used the following methodology: Selection of participants based on developed and delivered portfolio; Preparation - language on-line training, familiarization with the work program and partners with the cultural characteristics of the host countries; Conducting mobility; Recognition, validation and evaluation of the mobility period using ECVET and certification of participants; Evaluation and dissemination of results. Expected results: - 90% of users are satisfied with mobility; - Overall assessment of the practice at least 80%; - 100% of the participants with a certificate at least one foreign language; - Developing personal and social skills enriched cultural world-view - at least 90% of users stated in their interviews that result; - 100% of students certified by the host organizations receiving Europass mobility and competencies validated by the sending organization; - Signed a Memorandum of Understanding with all partners and agreed upon procedures for the transfer of credits for future joint projects. - Developed models for cooperation with employers in the process of practical training; - Durable and promising partnership with organizations involved in the project; With the implementation of the planned results expected impact on the participants, through the formation of new professional skills and personal qualities; Increased motivation and provoking new plans for professional and personal development and fulfillment; Increasing foreign language competence and confidence to communicate in a foreign language; Expanding social experience and cultural world-view of the participants; Deepening the application of ECVET; With the implementation of the project will deepen the partnership between organizations and to increase confidence and transparency of qualifications; Will create a mechanism for implementing ECVET; Will improve the organization of practical training in cooperation with employers. In the longterm the project will contribute to the motivation of people to be mobile not only in the training process, but also in the implementation of the labor market. Will contribute to improving the quality of VET, and thus to improve the quality of human resources.
