Practice creates masters

The project "Practice creates masters" is designed for 27 young Polish, German and refugees young people at the age of 17 - 20 years, who dispose of first experience/knowledge in gastronomy/kitchen and who have fewer opportunities. The project contains of expierenes in high quality kitchen and cooking, indoor outdoor education on an indoor climbing wall oder on a ropes course with high elements, cultural acitivities and actively spent leisure time. It aims to activate young people, to promote a ways of careers in gastronomy and strengthen young people, to encourage them in taking part in future European mobility projects as well as to support the participants as regards their personal and vocational development. The flow itakes place in Octobre 2016 in Frankfurt (Oder), Germany.During the project, the young people will develop and prepare new ideas for fine quisine. A cook with special qualification will assist the young people in doing so.The project’s highlight is the “Dinner Gala Evening with Berlin's best cooks”. The participants work live at the event as "helping hands" and have the possibility to observe the best named cooks. Taking part in the project, the participants get to know new ideas and methods of cooking, learn to show initiative, to find solutions, furthermore they learn team-work and inter-cultural soft skills.
