Searching UK companies for the our students mobilities "Work Placement". We have contacted with colleges, chambers of commerce and businesses and companies directly all over the UK. First we searched an e-mail contact. Then we sent an e-mail with a brief introduction about our institute and our Erasmus + project. Next we contact them by telephone in order to check whether they had received the email and if it had been the right person. In some cases we had to forward the e-mail to another person. Finally, and only in some cases, we have an answer with "we are not interested in participating." So last we had to appeal to intermediaries to find host partners in other countries. 2. Search for intermediaries partners that work with the type of companies we needed. 3. Signing of cooperation agreements and training program between partners. (Sending partner, Partner broker and host partner) 4. Management of the logistics of the trip: Booking travels and tickets; Booking accommodations; Contract Travel insurance and accommodation contract. 5. Beginning of the mobilities 6. Travel of the Erasmus+ project teacher to the host country in order to monitor practices and strengthen partners in the destination, as well as to know the buisness of the area for future mobilities. 7. End of mobility. 8. Writing final documentation and reporting with findings and conclusions on the training period, disseminating them on the entire educational community. Results and impacts achieved The impacts achieved are: - Students have finished the course they were studing. - Students have improved their employability. Though only one has found employment, the others have expanded their horizons job searches, even applying for jobs outside Spain.
