This project provides an opportunity for our students to realize the FCT module in a European country, with all that this implies: an approach to Europe and other production models. The project participants are willing to improve the quality of learning services and training workers to meet the needs of the labor market, as they have to improve their general educational skills continuously. During these practices improve students enrich their experience with this supposed to be abroad. Group work will help to combine the attitudes and ideas in order to reach a common agreement among them, developing tolerance attitudes were different. Participants in the project will improve their professional and language skills. The overall objective is to improve skills in the context of school-work, which represents a learning opportunity increasingly present in real life situations. It is desirable to carry out the flexible learning mode and equivalent, from the cultural education, connecting the classroom training with practical experience in an enterprise. Thus it is intended that each day we are closer to the job market. They also project objectives: ? Increase the professionalism of our students and teachers. ? Promote the exchange of professional experiences ? To promote the mobility of students / as in Europe promoting the rapprochement of cultures ? Contribute to the subsequent employability of our students By comparison and exchange of different methods and strategies, the students expand their skills in learning modern school tours and quality. Learning abroad help develop a sense of European citizenship based on understanding on respect for cultural diversity, also by learning foreign languages. In addition, the carrying out part and the FCT in schools in other countries constitute a coherent vocational training Project activities are organized around training-productive activities, typical of our students completing professional training and acquired at school through knowledge of real production processes, where students can observe and perform the activities and functions of the various jobs of a profession. Also, this training abroad, is responsible for assessing professional competence in a real work situation and promotes employment regardless of the source of students. The students are guided and advised by teachers-school tutors and mentors in the workplace in the participating countries. 10 students Cuisine 5 teachers of Hotels and restaurants 5 students pastry 1 teacher management 5 students Service 1 teacher and maintenance of facilities 4 students Administration 4 students of facilities and maintenance.
