Profile of the participants:
The profile of these students consists of unemployed workers who have completed during 2015-2016 the training for obtaining such certificates of professionalism. Their ages are those between 30-50 years, with technical or university education in the chemical specialty, usually with little or no work experience.

Description of results and impact:
After the action, the project participants feel that they have reinforced and complemented his training with professional achievements and differential criteria regarding implementation cycle received formal training in classrooms and laboratories in their country of origin. And this without ignoring the enrichment in personal, linguistic and intercultural level, as value to stay. Transnational mobility and the possibility that this project leads to travel, live, learn and perform an internship in another EU country means that these young people is able to learn new ways of working, improve the use of a second language and finally enrich them both professionally and personally.
They are in contact with professionals from the same sector, value their knowledge and skills, know the European reality, gain self-confidence and, with this, achieve to increase their chances of accessing the labor market. In addition, these experiences will be exploited by the Centre to publicize the advantages and benefits of participating in these European mobility projects.
Looking ahead we can expect not only good experience but also promoting the following: first , companies will continue hosting trainees and even good results will encourage others interested in becoming new host partners . For our part, the CNFO, as National Reference Center in the Family of Chemistry, this experience will serve to test the validity of our professionalism certificates within an European context.
