The mobility will take place in 19.03-1.042017 and 21.05-3.06.2017.The aim of the project is to facilitate the insertion of future graduates on the labour market by training the students according to European quality standards in the above mentioned companies with the purpose of providing them with relevant competences for the workplace and also by making them aware of the professional development options. From the perspective of lifelong learning, the basic education aims to increase the importance of the European dimension in the initial and continuous professional training in order to facilitate and promote the mobility and the development of partnerships so that Europe could be recognized by the whole world as a reference space for those who study. To ensure quality training activities two members of the project writing team, who have specialized knowledge of mechanics/automation and architecture, will go on a preliminary visit to the partner. They will make sure the practical training (companies, offices) has been taken care of ; they will finish off the training agreement (daily activities) and make sure the food and accommodation conditions are clear. The preliminary visit will take place in February, one month before the first flow of students begins. The practical training itself will take place over a two-week period in the workshops/laboratories/offices of the two companies from Barcelona which our partner -IES Consulting- has chosen and the students will be guided by experienced teachers. The planned activities will lead to the development of a partnership among all the involved organizations with the purpose of transferring examples of good practice and the assurance of quality in professional training, the development of the beneficiaries' linguistic competences in English and Spanish as a result of the time spent in a different socio- cultural and proffesional environment. The promotion and dissemination of the project results and benefits implies offering information about its purpose and objectives as well as the positive effect upon the workforce training for the regional/ national/ European labour market. It also implies not only the creation of auxiliary didactic materials that will be used in class in the teaching process but also the generation of new ideas for European mobility and grant projects thanks to the acquired experience and the contacts established with the Spanish partners.
