Erasmus plus Project No: 2014-1-RO01-KA102-000730 "Siemens Automation Practice", took place in the town of Dresden in Germany, and was a project in the field of vocational training (VET-Vocational Education and Training).
The project had the following objectives:
- Acquisition of new knowledge and practical skills of the students in the field of automation through an European way of initial training, standards of professional training;
- Improve the capacity to adapt to the European labor market requirements by developing personal skills and the accumulation of information / knowledge in fields related to the specialty;
- Promote and develop transnational partnerships that facilitate mobility;
- Identification of route options on staff education and training as a future worker in automation;
- Facilitate students' transition from school to working life by transferring process of forming a real economic environment in the European and improve their insertion in the labor market;
- Openness to European cultural values ??and improving language skills for good adaptation to socio-professional multicultural environment.
In this project were involved Electrotimi? Technical College Timisoara, the sending organization and company WBS Training AG Dresden, Germany as the host organization.
The project included a group of 20 students (14 minors, and 6 adults), Class XI , qualifications: Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronics-automation of the Technical College Electrotimis Timisoara, accompanied by two teachers.
The activities carried out during the internship combined theoretical and practical applications in the field of automation.
Students worked with Lego-Siemens modules and used specialized software design Comfort.
Students have developed theoretical and practical automation projects, which can not be achieved with existing facilities at our school.
