The project relates to the previous projects in the programme of lifelong learning (LdV) and it pursues to react to the up-to-date situation at the labour market. The main aims of the project are mentioned below: 1)To acquire the knowledge of operating at the labour market through experience, to gain the possible analysis, to compare and evaluate the knowledge and to create the own attitude to the world and society, which is influenced and co-created by the people involved. 2)To take responsibility for own decision without any parental support or teacher’s assistance, which are well-known for the students. The students (as trainees) have to decide amongst all kinds of possibilities and take responsibility for all of the consequences as well, even they always do not fulfill their visions at the end. 3)The position of trainees in the receiving organization is really close to the positon of the working staff indeed. Their duties are not eased in any way during three months of an internship. Through the everyday contact with the working life of services they may realize that it is necessary to appreciate the work and to do it properly. They are even counted as useful members of a work team and everyone is required to work hard to succeed. 4)The trainees are aware of their personal identity and their place in the social group of other people. Everyone should be able to realize what he or she wants or does not want to be, which behaviour is accepted or unaccepted and which one leads to gain the desirable status in the society. The number of participants: The field of Dancing – 6 participants The field of Hotel Industry and Tourism – 6 participants Participants‘ profile: The future trainees are the students of four-years vocational high school ended with a final exam (maturita) and the students of eight-years conservatory (ended with a final exam and graduate examination). All of them have gained the theoretical basics in the field of study, nevertheless they need to improve their competencies which have not been acquired yet in a real working place. One of the main aims of the internship is to fully gain knowledge and skills leads to proficiency in the field. Besides that, trainees should gain the specific vocational skills, knowledge and competencies which are typical for their subject. The main activities were divided according to particular runs of the project in time. The main activities without regard to the time line are described below: -the selection of participants – was taking part at school as a kind of personal interview -participants‘ preparation – (see Chapter F.3. in the project) -attending to formal issues before the departure (visas, fight tickets, insurance, etc.) -the departure of a group (a run) -the internship itself -monitoring and controlling, communication between coordinators and trainees during the whole run of the internship -ECVET validation after the ending of the exact run, receiving organization will issue Europass Mobility and Certificate to the trainees -Evaluation and dissemination -Final administration and financial balancing of the project Achieved goals of the project: We are able to state that results, which were supposed, were mainly achieved. The improvement in the field of technical proficiency and acquisition of the specific skills and knowledge (competencies) is observable. Apart from that we claim that students have improved their technical skills in the usage of a foreign language and even they are using the language more fluently in a practical use as well. They extended the technical vocabulary that relates to the field of their study and are able to use it more properly. Their communicative skills are used in a more relaxed way than before. Then it is supposed to improve the work capacity and the quality of life as well. The main benefit of the project for the students is not only the improvement of vocational competencies but the enhancement of key and soft competencies too. We are able to state that the improvement is countable even for the sending organization which has been sending its students for internship for a long time. It redounds to the informal education by means of a connection between the exact education and labour market plus gaining untypical vocational skills. Firstly, concerning the long-time outup of the project we have focused mainly to increase the interest of students in vocational and lifelong learning. The mere of students has been increased in the exact fields of study at our school. Secondly, the improvement of education has been observed (in a range of vocational subjects, vocational education as a whole, organizing occasional internship). The positive effect has been noticed even in foreign languages teaching and learning. Thirdly, there is a kind of a benefit for the graduates, who can get rid of the biggest disadvantage as the absence of working experience.
