The main goal of the project was to adapt and deliver the program of Knowledge and Talent Management of Leonardo da Vinci subprogram of “TALISMAN” program to Slovakia, Italy, Spain, Cyprus, Lithuania, Ireland and Greece. Project aims included analysis of the initial training program, its adaptation to the needs of participating countries and to the needs of target group, which are the managers of SMEs in tourism, and its evaluation, dissemination of information about the project and project results as well, and preparation for their further usage.
