Youth being the creators of the "Taste the cuisines of the world" are the people developing their passions associated with the preparation of dishes different types of cuisine. The project will be attended by 32 people aged 13-18 years, which will support a total of 4 facilitators and tutors 8-assistants of people with disabilities.Objectives, which set itself young people in connection with the execution of this project, on the one hand to expand the wider knowledge of the world, and on the other - practical preparation for self-determination of the composition of the meals and their preparation. In addition, students want to create a cookbook with the provisions that will be used during the workshop, and with pictures of dishes, which prepared during the exchange. Photographs will also be performed by the students. Young people would like, furthermore, that the project has resulted in:- getting to know by the participants their traditional dishes,- the strengthening of openness and communication,- the improvement of the ability to build social relationships,- development of skills in information and communication technologies,- the improvement knowledge of the English language (the Polish group).Methodology (method of operation) used during the project include workshops, trainings, discussions, brainstorming, work by project, learning from each other, learning through experience, observation, analysis of operations. The expected impact on young people include:- the improvement of relations between the participants of the project,- development of creativity, curiosity and imagination,- the development of cooperation skills in a group,- increase in skills concerning the use information and communication technologies,- the improvement of language skills j. English (a group of Polish)- improvement of the technical skills related to photography,- to establish and maintain contacts after completion of the project.
