The project “Gates open to the future by Erasmus+ ! is addressed to people having an initial professional training, 103 students from 3 technological highschools from the department of Arad from the VET syndicate named “Syndicate for the quality training in the department of Arad _CFACA”, Technological Highschool from Chisineu Cris , syndicate coordinator, Technological Highschool from Santana and Technological Highschool from Curtici.The specific objectives of the project are the following: O1.To support the Romanians students in acquiring values to the qualifications obtained at a national level through exposing to a intercultural way of working and:- To acquire a practical experience, in the field of pre-specialized Locksmith’s trade, Mechanics, Structures, Trade or Constructions in another country;- To gather knowledge regarding new materials, tools, current technologies, and knowing their technical features and advantages;- To form practical abilities useful for applying modern technologies from the qualifications fields to facilitate their professional insertion on the market place;- To develop key competences for the transition from school to the work place and the participation at the European work market;O2. To develop personal abilities and strengthen the linguistic and cultural competences through offering cultural, international and educational experience;O3. To develop the school capacities to build partnerships and cooperate at an international level to improve the Europeans youngers’ training The participants’ profile: students from 10 grade having the following qualifications trainings, public works and constructions, trade and mechanic, who come from disfavored ways of living and with less possibilities than their colleagues meaning:- Educational difficulties: students with learning low results - Economical obstacles: people with a low way of living- Geographic obstacles: people from far and rural zones Between the following period 04.07.2016-03.10.2017 there will be stages of professional training in Poland and Portugal in training institutions at CKP and EPM with periods of learning at the work place. The mobilities’ period: - 19 days for 89 participants from the technological highschool in which they will make 90 hours of practical training (15 days x 6h/ day) corresponded to CDL “ Modern trade versus Traditional trade” , “Practical training in the field of mechanical assembling” and” Modern technologies for finishing works”.- 33 days for 14 students from the professional education who will make 150 h of practical training of CDL “Practical training in the modern trade”The professional training will be completed with the cultural one like a part of the activity and the pedagogical , professional and linguistic training will take place before the mobility for a better communication in a foreign language in a host country, to know the cultural particularities of Poland and Portugal and to assure a better correspondence between the offered expectations and opportunities .A part from the participants will have an online linguistic support to improve their linguistic competences .The expected results: - 103 students with a work experience in a real environment , with new abilities required by the employers, linguistic competences KSC specific to the team work (UC6- SPP level 1) , training for integration at the work place (UC8 – SPP), transition from school to the work place (UC 9- The same SPP) students from 10 grade at the highschool and professional school- a team of 10 members , teachers from these three schools with high competences of project management- To develop partnerships ECVET formed through MoU and LA which will assure a high quality of the international practical stages and increase the mobilities ‘volume (national priority Erasmus+).
