Our project is a little open to Europe rural context, the profile of the participants can be summarized in the following way: they are professionals involved in improving the teaching-learning process , are people with language skills in English and French or Portuguese , are very aroused in people the opportunity offered by the European programs for innovation and the acquisition of new knowledge , tools and materials that can lead to educational success escuecentros more and more international . Our plans include a program that would develop in two years to serve as a preparation for the more aware in the European dimension should acquire education at our center and the internationalization of teaching our people . These teachers, who are lacking in innovative approaches be ascribed to methodology courses to reduce the rate of school failure and to stimulate entrepreneurship for better integration of students into the labor market. Courses tailored to meet these deficiencies would be programmed in two years. In the first year, two teachers involved would be dedicated to receive motivational courses for students who complete compulsory secondary education and two courses receive stimulus to entrepreneurial culture and business autonomy of students. In the second year of a course need to motivate our students and other teachers on the benefits of mobility and the European dimension of teaching and learning. This biennial plan would kick off in the years to propose successive student mobility projects , especially focusing on VET students intermediate level . The institutions that we are going to accommodate those who organize such training courses. We chose organizations that are consistent with the goals we have set ourselves and that will be relevant to achieving the goals we have set a goal . The activities are: Leadership and communication in education. how to motivate students to complete their compulsory education , teaching and motivational methods to reduce early school leaving age. How to stimulate entrepreneurship for better integration in the labor market.
