Ad Meritum Foundation is newly created foundation, non-profit organization, as the result of over 20-year professional experience of its management in the area of non-vocational adult education and vocational education. One of the major programs of the Foundation is the ""International exchange centre focused on partial abroad education"". The biggest interest from foreign participants is to participate:""Leadership in project management-training course for adult education staff"", ""Marketing in personal development organization"" and ""Innovation and enterprise,"" job shadowing programmes for VET teachers/school teachers/adult education staff"", ""Training course on interactive methods of teaching-for VET teachers/school teachers/adult education staff"","" Free IT tools for adult education"". Running courses for educators from abroad, trainings, job shadowing/observation, on the other hand - sending abroad Polish participants, requires from foundation staff an increase of their competences. As far as the qualifications associated with the project management the foundation staff has already acquired - as a result of the experience in the implementation of the Lifelong Learning Programme projects and as the result of trainings and courses, as well as the professional competences to carry out the training, courses, programs mentioned above, the following areas still require improvement of staff competence: -language skills – the goal is a very good level of English language knowledge - for educational international activities providing, - ICT competences - for educational international activities providing, - competence of the awareness of cultural differences for the purpose of carrying out activities in multinational groups. European development plan concerns the increase of foundation education staff competences, listed above and is predicated for one year, 10 participants (of the Foundation staff) will participate the courses abroad, which have been very carefully selected, so as to respond to the needs of the Foundation staff. Each mobility corresponds to one specific need described above: -language skills (very good use of the English language) will be developed during a 5-day course ""Fluency and English Language Development for teachers/ tutors/ trainers and educators"" held at Executive Training Institute Ltd. in Malta, -ICT competence will be acquired during a 6-day course ""ICT AS A TOOL FOR INTERCULTURAL EDUCATION"" held at CREF-Education, Resources and Training Centre in Portugal, -competence of the awareness of cultural differences will be developed during the 5-day course ""Different Cultures in Europe: The Art of Coming Together"" held at Kairos Europe in London. Thanks to the increase of participants skills, the institution will be enriched by a professional staff who will competently lead different courses, trainings and other activities for education staff at the international level, thanks to such staff competences development, the institution will be able to expand its education activities and programmes and to plan the next steps for professional development of employees and institution development. The impact of the project: an effect on different education institutions, education staff from all over Europe, which will be able to benefit from our educational offer, as well as adult learners - these groups will work with the professional staff of educators capable of conducting effective educational activities in the international environment.
