The project is designed for 10 students of apprenticeship hairdresser, hair care stylist and for field of study hotel academy. Students will always be accompanied by two teaching staff.The project will be organized in 2 terms, each will take 21 days.Mobility will take place in the Italian region of Umbria in Spoleto, in the month of September 2016 and March 2017.The main objective of the project " Support youth fantasy in the art of hairdressing service and hospitality " is the improvement of vocational training, improvement of professional activities for hospitality, gastronomy and hairdressing services and of course the personal development of each participant of mobility - professional, cultural and linguistic knowledge.We will learn about the latest trends in hair cosmetics, in hairstyling, cutting, coloring and streaked hair regeneration.The project is an extension of practical skills in the preparation of foods and drinks of Italian cuisine, learning about wine production technology, olive oil, homemade pasta. We will gain knowledge from working in hotel management, the gastro trends and knowledge and skills will be used in the educational process, in the school leaving examination and in the labour market.The benefit is an improvement of language skills and multicultural awareness. The school will improve its image, increase interest in studying at school at primary school pupils and their parents. Of course we will gain new contacts abroad to ensure the student experience at an attractive tourist destination.The result will be school in which everyone can experience success.
