The project Erasmus + titled "Mobility of staff" was fulfilled by School in Dubienka. The main aim of this project was to improve the quality and attractiveness of education. What is more to wider a competence of the teaching staff to reduce early school leaving by our students. By participating in the project, the school had the opportunity to raise the quality of work in designated areas and finally to start international cooperation. The participants were teachers of foreign languages: russian and english as well as english. They have a lot of experience working and teaching, therefore they constantly upgraded their skills and broaden their horizons. Fulfilling in this projects led them to improvement of the teaching quality, moreover, participants enhanced their competence as well as personal development, mainly due to direct contact with speakers of a foreign language. One of the participants took part in the Study Visit in Romania and in the course Mobility of staff in Lithuania earlier. She managed perfectly with the organisation of the mobility what means greatly about her amazing experience of taking part int such as projests and logistical abilities, too. The project was carried out the following activities: the appointment of a project coordinator, who was responsible for carrying out activities; coordinator set out the main aims and objectives of the project; recruiting participants, mobility logistical preparation, contact with host organizations, participation in mobilities and finally evaluation of the project. The project also aimed to implement the participants a new approach of teaching a foreign language and helped to solve problems for a more effective learning language. Newly recognized innovative learning methods and techniques of language, had an impact on the efficiency of work. All the above mobilities enabled our school to reach goals of the project (better matura mock results). Teaching quality in our school definitely increased and our benefits from the international partnership will be significant. By increasing staffs ICT skills participants could conduct lessons which were more advanced and complex and thus more involving for students . International teaching experience contributed to broadening our staffs methods of reducing school leaving, enrich the workshop and raise motivation to continue education. Thanks to experience and knowledge gained in the process of realizing the project participants were able to fulfill school's programme objectives. The project raised the prestige of the school, attention was paid to parents of our school and the authority for the school improved as well. Interest in language and other cultures and awareness of being European increased. This led to the invitation of foreign students (AIESEC cooperation). Known methods and techniques contributed to increas the attractiveness of classes, and therefore more willing to learn the language .
