PMT – A Project Management Training

The training course “PMT – A Project Management Training” associates 27 youth workers from differet countries - Turkey, Italy, Romania, Greece, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia and Poland. It aims to provide them with tools to empower young people both in EU and Neighboring Partner Regions to take an active role in International cooperation. We aim to implement undertaking of differet actions on both - local and international level, Key assumption of the training course is international project management, value of partnerships and participation of young people. Project will take place in January, 2015 in Zakopane, Poland. Specific objectives of the training course: - developing competences of youth workers in international project management - in the field of youth and in the framework of Erasmus+ programme; - developing competences concerning quality in international partnerships and youth participation in such partnerships; - learning about a successful youth projects on local and international levels from already gained experience; - building international network of partnerships and developing international youth projects in the frames of Erasmus+ programme; Training course assumes the use of the vast scope of educational tools and non-formal working methods based on participant-oriented approach. It will include role playing, simulations, workshops, exercises and theatre tools. Thanks to the following project general knowledge concerning understanding of Erasmus+ programme will be improved. Youth workers will better know how to set up International cooperation initiatives. Training Course will strengthen their competences concerning understanding of different regions and cultures and create an interegional cooperative space.
