Project "Playing Labor Market" main aim is: young people's personal development to integration of young people into the labor market through curricular activities and practical knowledge.The objectives will be achieved in youth exchange project activities that will be carried out in non-formal learning processes, in which young people will be involved in activities related to youth unemployment and social inclusion of the situation, understanding and potential solutions.The project will be organized youth exchange will take place on April 04-12 in Jurbarkas.This project aims is based on principles of non-formal education directed to young people to fully develop, promote personal growth and to address youth employment. Although the main theme of the project is youth unemployment, the negative social and economic impact of the project participants not only to discuss this topic and make decisions that can help reduce this problem, but also acquire new knowledge and skills, gain more tolerance, learn about other cultures, learn to make decisions collectively in groups. During the project, youth will also provide space for self-realization, it is also expected to encourage young people's citizenship. The project program will be developed and managed by experienced people from the non-formal education project partner organizations with extensive experience working with youth and non-formal education. The project will seek to actively involve young people in the project program to help the young person to fully develop gregarious personality developing and promoting self-reliance. In the project will take part 36 young people from Lithuania, Cyprus, Italy, the Netherlands, Slovakia and Turkey, including the social and economic difficulties and persons with whom participation in the program is particularly useful and necessary.
