The youth exchange "Play the world 2gether" aims through exchange of traditional street games to create innovative tools to promote intercultural dialogue, understanding and tolerance. It will happen in Ohrid from 24th September until 1st October 2009. By playing different street games we will bring different cultures together, thus we will promote the interculturalism and the cultural understanding. The youth exchange will bring together young people from 7 countries (Albania, Czech Republic, Italy, Lithuania, Macedonia, Romania, and Serbia). In total 28 young people will work together, share experiences and present their cultures. Young people from different social, political and religious background will learn to respect and recognize other different then themselves. Firstly they will present their traditional street games, and after that by working in small groups they will create a new game which has parts from different games. The Youth Exchange will end with publishing a brochure with innovative games, and presenting them in the city centre.
