Colegio JABY is a semiprivate, mixed and secular school of Torrejón de Ardoz , Madrid. It has Early Childhood Education , Elementary-Primary Education , Secondary Education, Basic Vocational Training and Intermediate Vocational Training. It has about 550 students.The European Development Plan is linked to the School Innovation Plan, which is held in turn on four projects: the Bilingual Project, Technological Innovation Project iPad 1:1 , the Internationalization Project and Organizational Change Project. Given the training needs of each of the projects and taking into account the most suitable teachers' profiles because of their functions and also becausetheir motivation and leadership and teamwork, we designed this european training project. The specific objectives of the project are: - Improve the quality of bilingual center project through CLIL.AICLE methodology training of teachers, and knowledge of best practice in other European countries. - Improving communication skills in English teacher in a context that allows for cultural and professional exchange. - Learn successful experiences related to the organization and school management in Europe. Incorporate the European dimension in the curricular programs and bilingual development center project. - Improving digital teachers' competence, through teacher training in the use of Tablets / iPads in the classroom, and learn successful experiences in this regard from other European countries.
