The project will implement is a international exchange in the towns of Pegalajar and Jódar, Jaén. During 14 days will gather European youngsters, accompanied by their instructors, to develop a rural exchange, in order to understand the situation of the field in this area of Spain, connecting this to the situation in Europe and overall, as well as a historical reference rural Europe is heir to many cultures. The main objective is that the young participants to learn the value of lifestyle, food and goods from rural areas, who know the danger lurking today this disappearing world, that value exists in respect the countryside for nature as resource provider who know alternative ways of production and business and covering as a professional development option within this rural area. It is a process that relies on the knowledge of the past to look to the future, creating new roads to travel within this environment, with an understanding of the possibilities offered in the current situation, realistic but developing creativity and the search for other options not yet beheld. One of the main activities is the creation and launch of the so-called Seed Bombs. For this study the seeds that can be used in the area where we are, local varieties will meet in balls (bombs) of clay to be launched in certain areas. These seeds germinate next spring in abandoned fields and areas previously damaged generating strategically chosen to sprout plants and flowers native to the area and on the other hand giving a civics lesson to those who leave the ground without anyone can use it. Throughout the exchange will deal with the idea of recovering what we are losing, as the derelict land, to change what seems destined to oblivion and back, to also change the concepts that we have been given as established and transform. Youth will learn the importance of our ties to the land, which can not be renounced by a society that exploits its resources and environmentally friendly. It is they who remain in their locality can start building a different society and more sensitive in these matters. The origin of the participants is the countryside in some cases, and there will be young people from contexts of marginalization and social exclusion. Therefore integration and respect for others is the other main objective, which helps to create a European citizenship that appreciates and values their differences for a peaceful cohabitation. The methods used during the exchange will be the non-formal learning through experience, to teach practical content, which encourages active participation. All activities are geared to the objectives of the Erasmus+ Programme, strengthening social cohesion of the European Union and the development of the Rural prioritizing sense of history to help us truly become free men and women.
