"Gulbenes farmers' association" the implementation of this project will enable the Society of 4 adult education professionals gain new knowledge, information, experience, advanced ideas to be able to integrate them into Latvian adult education Gulbenes half in rural business, particularly in the training of young entrepreneurs in rural areas.The project aims to improve the adult training of specialists general knowledge, skills and competences of adult education sector, personally they develop and grow, gain experience working and living in other EU countries, expand their horizons and promote their intellectual development.The project goal is to gain knowledge of adult learning, get new ideas and methods to be used in adult learning Gulbene rural entrepreneurs.Mobility of the work program for job-shadowing shall prepare partner organization "Associação Amigos da Intercultural Mobilidade" project manager accordance with the project aim.Participants in mobility will go for 12 days + 2 travel days (14 days with travel) from 18.09.2016 - 01.10.2016Expected results of the project:* Obtained an indication of the possibilities offered by the European Union of its development programs offered adult education development related to the topic of this project;* Experience from the training organization of the adult education sector in Portugal;* Gained experience in the organization of training for rural farm managers and rural entrepreneurs in Portugal;* Experience of adult training systems in Portugal;* Further cooperation with the host organization and rural busines establishments of joint international project implementation;* Improving intercultural dialogue and self as an active participant in the emphasis on European integration;* Improved communication skills in English;* Improved employment opportunities, increased sense of initiative and motivation to improve their career opportunities in the promotion of adult education ;* Get to know and explore ideas to promote agriculture, in order to attract young people to work in it.
