We are a school with a long tradition. Our school cooperates with the founder of the school, sports Club AC Tepo Kladno, choirs and another public and non-public organisations to develop their talents, interest for collective action, we build in them self-discipline, and resistance to stress of competitive environment and, on the other hand, we support the friendship and cohesion. We enlist students to perform at charity events and concerts by famous artists, we show them the patterns of music and sport. We want all these activities engage in international environment by cooperation with the partner schools abroad. To do this, we need enthusiastic and educated teachers with active knowledge of at least one foreign language, so that they do not feel excluded from this environment. Therefore, we send our flute choir master into Germany to study the German language and the teacher of physical education to study the English language in the United Kingdom. Furthermore, our aim is to allow our English teacher to learn the new learning methods in drama education and increase the level of foreign language of school project coordinator that can actively communicate with foreign countries. The Deputy Director gets a wider scope and methodological skills in the French language. To all teachers we offer language training, and after the end of the course we want to spread the results, which they get from abroad. For example, a lesson for other colleagues or the dissemination of resources and good practice among colleagues at the teachers ' meetings. Further more, we integrate them into the international cooperation with partner schools abroad and in the environment of e-twinning. All the results ,we as a school , will spread continuously in the media to inform the public about what happens in our school and the possibility of participation in our projects. The aim of this project is to increase the positive impact on pupils ' language competences by well-educated and experienced teachers, increasing the opportunities for their professional development, active attitude to the EU's values, increase their satisfaction and motivation in everyday teaching. This project will also contribute to the development of critical thinking and the development of digital competence. Through cooperation with foreign countries we also build in our teachers a sense of democratic values and international dialogue. The project itself acts preventively against social exclusion and discrimination.
