Perspektívák - innovatív módszerekkel a kreatív ifjúsági munka felé / Perspectives: innovative and creative methods in youth work

Artemisszió Foundation deals with the promotion of intercultural communication, and the strategic areas are indicated by the following themes : youth program and mobility, migration, developing intercultural competence, art and social inclusion. In this project called ?Perspectives ? innovative and creative methods in youth work? , three youth workers would go on study visits in three different European countries to collect first-hand experience and inspiration about creative youth work practices. The main aim of the study visits lasting one and two weeks is to visit innovative projects and to build network. The study visit will contain visits to institutions, projects as well as discussions, and this fruitful and useful experience will develop the intercultural competences of the participants, moreover their knowledge about the issue and the context will grow, and indirectly, the work of Artemisszió will be refreshened and inspired. The study visit will also contribute to the implementation of creative, inclusive youth work practices in Artemisszió (with special focus on artistic interventions), through the inspiration, the impact and the networking activities. Indirectly, our target groups (marginalized young people, youth workers etc) will also benefit from the study visit, as our everyday practices will be effected. The partner organisations have been chosen according to the professional needs of the project. Elan Interculturel, our French partner is an expert on international, intercultural projects as well as art and inclusion programs, Xena our Italian partner has expertise on international mobility and creative youth initiatives, and finally, Rota Jovem, the Portuguese partner is involved in local and international youth projects as well as in social animator trainings. The study visits would be realized in spring 2015.
