The lessons learned from these seminars are then divided further through workshops and presentations at our school. We will also use lessons from these training courses to strengthening our school policy.Description of the results, intended effects and ultimately the potential longer term;Ultimately, we want to improve the quality of our teachers and our educational system. For teachers who go on language courses, it means an improvement of their language skills, particularly in the area of speech. This can be uses by them in lessons, creation of Goethe German trainings and possible collaborations with international schools. For school leaders and teachers, it means that they get a broader insight in professionalisation of teachers, a better understanding of future issues and cultural questions and guidance. Using these trainings, we hope to build-up a network with other European schools that also participate in these training. Eventually, especially our students will benefit. The teachers are better educated and better able to guide them to an active international citizenship.
