PERFORM ! Training opportunities for technicians in the commerce field is a project that aims to improve the students training from professional education by developing practical skills through participation in internships conducted in laboratories, training firms and professional business organizations in Spain. Spain was chosen as a country because the latest statistics show that this country is one of the world's leading economies and has a large number of Romanian immigrants. The target group are students at technological specialization such as Technician in commercial activities , the direct route ( Classes XI day and evening XII ) 40 people in initial vocational training , which will perform the 90 hours of labor merged modules as Hygiene , occupational safety and environmental protection and Consumer and environmental protection (Class XI ) and Marketing Techniques , Quality Management (class XII ) in Spain.Training opportunities are significantly higher than those in our school, community, Romanian education alike. The practical part of the training will be a valuable addition to their training, students who will be experimenting new methods and tools and learning, will benefit from new business concepts and ideas. The Result? A quick adjustment and optimal integration on the European labor market, an optimal assimilation by student of the theory- practice, professional, personal and cultural development. In addition to these technical skills, students will improve their social skills, networking, which will contribute to optimal integration of their social life of the community to which they belong, after returning from the training course, they will optimally integrate to the trading environment.Regarding the school, it will say in the community by building partnerships to support the development of skills the trainees. Certainly, it will increase the trust of the community and institutions in the field (AJOFM) in the technological action schools to provide quality education and sustainable in demand in the labor market, the students of middle school are encouraged to turn to technology education.The project activities include language, educational and cultural training, 4 mobilities training, attended by 40 students in XI th and XII th classes , of which 28 are minors at the time the mobility starts. Minors (7 per stream) will be accompanied by four teachers from disciplines such as commerce and services (one for each line). The latter will have the additional task activity monitoring students in foster care - complete daily records internship monitoring progress and evaluating candidates – every week with the mentor appointed by the host organization.The results of the project, we can mention: 40 Europass Mobility certificates, 40 contracts for mobility - 40 portfolios of practice (worksheets, observation, evaluation, monitoring), 40 CDs containing good examples, one photo exhibition which will highlight aspects of the internship period 5 100 posters and leaflets project presentation, 4 articles published 3 articles in Tulcea press, 1 attached webpage school website, 1 Facebook page of the project.
