As we are Sardis Community "People Follow You" will be carried out under a youth exchange program from 22 to 29 July 2015, Manisa. Our project partner countries are Poland, Greece, Italy, Slovakia and Turkey. Our project of the European Union will be a youth group of 35 people who come from countries take 7 nights 8 days. Our project will address the issues of impact on the future of the people and to be a leader in Europe. Projects participants are foucing on human rights, leadership concept, international dialogue and accurate communication. We want to implement our purposes as following: - To contribute to the development of society and shaping the leaders of humanity - Developing people's leadership skills, ability to decide quickly and provide awareness of the ability to think - Thanks to our project activities, participants can express themselves in our society and they achieved to create an environment that allows them to share their ideas - Between people from different cultures, to provide cultural exchange, to break down cultural walls - Developing different techniques and methods for communication, to set a good example in the name of social dialogue.
