Start date: 01 Sep 2014, End date: 31 Aug 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

“Petru Poni” Technological High school, an institution founded in September 2013 after the fusion of two neighboring schools with different organizational cultures, aimed, as a way of institutional development (for the 2013 – 2014 school year), to promote the image of the new school in the community, to better the interpersonal relationships between the two groups of teachers and to form a strongly united group, which should be familiarized with the European values applied in the educational process. The board (cu sensul de comitetul de conducere) considered that the new school needed a professionally fresh group of teachers, by taking part in development courses which were intended to align our experience to a European level. As a result, there appeared the idea to apply for an Erasmus project, especially because a small number of teachers had taken part in European projects before.
