PAB - Personal Budget Assistance Helpdesk
Training advisers for disabled budget beneficiaries : The PAB system provides the disabled with both budgetary autonomy and financial responsibility. This requires training of experts to help them confront associated issues. This project started in 2001 and lasted 24 months.
